Also they can talk to any Aktel number at special rates, from 12 midnight till 8 am in the morning. There is no extra charges for roaming and inter- zonal calls. Line rent has also been reduced for the subscribers. They can get discount even from the regular line rent. It depends on how much airtime a subscriber is using.
